We are humans before we are white or black, before we are muslims, christians or traditionalist. and as human we must learn to condemn what is wrong. we all have our rights by virtue of citizenship even squarters have right too, as inscribed in our amended 1999 constitution, there is freedom of association, freedom of religious belief. in as much as it does not hinder your fellow country men.

The massacre that took place in kaduna some months ago has been left unattended to, no one has been brought to book for the killing of over 1000 peaceful protesters. and just yesterday, i saw on the news that "angry mob" attack shittes procession. it is quite unfortunate that we are loosing it as a people, devoid of religious belief and affiliation, we must condemn the wrongs going in kaduna collectively.

i ask myself what was the police, soldiers and civil defense corps members doing while the attack was in process?, even if a group of people disobey the law, is it the duty of mobs to reprimand them by KILLING them?, is thuggery now legally allowed in our community?, is human life not worth a thing in kaduna state?. the situation in kaduna state might mean little or nothing some people residing outside the state for now. but we ought to be wise to learn from the middle east ad troubled areas, our collective silence in the face of this grooming terror is unpatriotic, lets all lend our voice to help solve tomorrows problem TODAY.

The saddest part is that this time it us the govt that is backing the killing irrespective of who carries out the killing provided it is the Shi'ites, Biafra, and any dissenting voice.
