I had to change my username as a lot of my friends are on this forum, they will definitely know its me! I had to keep this invisible as much as i can.!

I am getting married to the love of my life in 5months, we court for 2 years 2 months now, i pop the question last December she accepted.
The major problem arise some months ago, when i got an SMS from a number i don't know, after several chats it happens to be from my fiancée's EX. They had broken up to which i was sure of before i met her, this guy sent me several messages to threaten that he has the NUDE pictures of my wife to be, so much that i cant even imagine! At first i thought he was bluffing until he sent some to my email, i feel like dying! I talked it over with my fiancée she admitted that it was the times of ignorance and she took the whole blame, to which i see the remorsefulness in her.

The issue is this, this guy has threaten to upload all this pictures on all social media platform or i pay him N500,000 then he will delete it.

We are so confused, has anyone had this experience before, please advice how we can get out of all this mess.!

Make sure you record his conversations and take it to the nearest police station. Make sure the police arrest him with his cellphone and laptop to where he deletes all the pictures and writes an undertaking on any future release of the pictures. Also make sure he is locked up till after the wedding. Settle the police well. He's a loser and a psychopath. Go ahead and marry your woman and be happy. Happy Married life in advance.

Tell them he owes you N150,000 and their share of retrieving the money is N50,000, you'll give them N20,000 upfront and they should collect the rest of the money from him. 2 days to their visit, open multiple email accounts and send him numerous scam-y messages, some acknowledging the "package from Malaysia" and "swallowing stuff from Brazil" and "that oyinbo woman who we collect $5000 from". When the police get there, amid slaps, kicks and punches, break his laptop. Collect N30,000 from your fiance's ex to pay the police. Tell him that if he tries to "scam" anyone again, yoi will be back next week for parents and the balance of the $5000. Look him calmly in the eye when saying this. Wear white or cream native, you must look like a rich Ramsey Noah and act like an angry Jim Iyke.

The Good of Option 2: anyone who owes you money and hears of your antics, will offer to settle his debt as soon as possible.

OP what us trying to do is a criminal act which the police can handle. Go to the nearest police station with printed record of your chats. I am very sure that he will be arrested and prosecuted if you really want him nailed.

Discuss with your woman and see how you can nail him completely. What kind of pictures did she share with him? Is there any evidence to show that she sent the photos via WhatsApp, BBM, etc.? If the answer is Yes, then the recommendation I'm about to make is not useful.

If the guy personally took the photos with his phone, frame him up and label him the thief that stole your wife's phone.

The kind of treatment he'd get will shock him. Do not act like a chicken, send him a text and call him the thief! He'd be too shocked to take any immediate action.

In fact, I'm beginning to pity that guy, if only he knows the treatment someone got for blackmailing a friend, he wouldn't engage in such.
