Very simple, just contact your school student affairs. There must av bin some hassle between the uploading of names from ur school to NYSC.

First of all, the DOB on ya WAEC is there for life ! The only thing you can do is get an Affidavit stating otherwise.

Secondly, since ur DOB on NYSC qualifies you for the scheme, don't worry you av got no problem at camp. Do enjoy ur service year

There is only one thing you guys can do. But before you even start check ya WEAC result which u used to gain admission, if ur DOB on it is below 30years of age, viola But if it is above 30years of age, just drop all thoughts of service


Now, if the age on ur WAEC is below 30years, pls quickly visit any First bank branch with the sum of 300 naira and ur NYSC reg details, request for WAEC Verification Pin for NYSC. After payment of 300 naira, a short receipt will be issued to you. The receipt contains the WAEC Verification Pin. Then write a letter, in regard of changing ur DOB, to ur Student Affairs Unit in ur school. the letter must contain all ya info like name, matric number, phone, etc. Attach a copy of ur WAEC result and Primary school certificate to the letter, as well as the receipt that contains the WAEC Verification Pin.

I don't know how long it will take before it is rectified, but I think it all depends on the seriousness of ya Student Affairs Unit.

A friend of mine with similar issue already got his rectified here in Unilorin.

Not a must for u to receive email, as long as when you finished, submited and you saw you have successfully mobilize or registered and also you have gotten your call up number, it displayed print out your green card having your call up number on it, then you good to go

This kind of urgent and will appreciate a rapid response! Can I register now and pay the 3K for call-Up letter some other time. Or it must be done concurrently with the registration. Thanks!

My friend was mobilized despite the fact that she already clocked 30yrs since July 31 even though she finished her programme since February .



Will this affect her in camp ? And can she do a new affidavit to cover herself even though 1986 is reflecting on her waec certificate.

What is your school? have you tried going to your school to verify?

U need to make payment for the green card stuff, but u can also go to ur school to collect your call up number when it is out in your school, thats if you dont want to pay the 3k..
