The church can bail Nigeria out of recession, ONLY, if it begins reorienting the people for an indiscriminate and total realisation of 2 Chronicles 7:14

A lot of monies pass through the church (tithes, offerings, pledge, school fees, 10-20 page books etc.).

They can help the economy by paying tax and empowerment instead of accumulating wealth.

Muslims pay tithe called Zakat, but they don't pay it to the imam or the mosques. They pay it directly to the poor within their communities.

I ve seen churches built boreholes for community, pay school fees, visit motherless homes, prison evangelism etc.

Remember Koma hills in the then Gongola State....the Church got there before the government.
