Please i want to know, is blood oath btw a male and female dangerous? What are d possible consequences of such act?

I'm sha finding myself following different kinds of thread for Nairaland recently



You should know taking an oath,any oath is dangerous,and it can be between anybody (Friends,lovers,families,co_workers)not to talk of blood oath,you enter a covenant when you take an oath and covenant is not easily broken. And like everything has its own consequencence, taking an oath has its own also and the consequence depend on the oath taken.
People who take an oath themselves wish for evil to befall them,should they betray,when taking the oath.So it's like they decide the consequence(s) themselves.

I dunno why people take oath anyways

I don't have any other thing to say than what Miss queenitee has said....blood contains life...making oath with blood and not fulfilling it is death....but God is merciful....that's what I can add.

They knew they lost something or someone,taking an oath doesn't mean you have to be the one to die,or any one have to die @ all if you betray the oath.Like I said,different oath has different consequences

Blood covenant is very dangerous, and it's not even biblical.
For a Christian, your word should be your bond; let your yes be yes and your no be no.

Blood covenant is very powerful. even God respects such covenant. Blood is the lifeforce and held sacred in cultures,traditions and religions.

I'm not here to tell you not to proceed but to let you know that God is quite a gentleman that honours covenant and less likely to break protocols to save you once you run into troubled waters.

You are man enough to handle it.

The consequences are many but a breach leads to automatic death. Our creator used blood to redeem us back to him.
