Please check the composition of the house and notice that voting will not be by voice vote but by the physical votes of all members entitled to vote.

No anonymity.

2/3 of all members also means 2/3 of members entitled to vote and not 2/3 of those present. All the APC needs to do is call a caucus meeting at Aso Rock for the same time. It might also interest you to know that until a law is gazetted by the government, it is unenforceable.

There is a good reason why a Presidential veto has never been overriden in Nigeria.
