I guess my mistake was referring to explainer video as whiteboard animation. Thanks for pointing that out. The market for explainer video on fiverr is larger than that of whiteboard. It still boils down to the fact that I have to lern and download explaindio.

I'll def contact you soon for any PDFs or video tutorials that was easy to use as a beginner. I know I can get it from google but i prefer materials that someone has used and would recommend.

I totally agree with you that explainer videos have more market than the whiteboard animation but the latter has more potentials and sometimes even pay more than the former. My opinion though.

Wat i normally do in this case is to ask buyer to cancel the order in d resolution center. Stating that the buyer didn't provide enuff info. If d buyer doesn't respond, it would be automatically cancelled in 2 or 3days (can't remember) without affecting ur rating.

Nothing will hurt your account bro. Message him and if he didn't respond till delivery day, deliver the job empty like that and explain in it that you are expecting order requirement from him. If he respond after delivery, tell him to request for revision for the number of days that you would be able to deliver the job. Should he decline, tell him to cancel the job. Should he decline, message fiverr support. FINISH.

On asking for his facebook account log in details e said he can't release it I also ask for hootsuite details to he said he can't release that too. That I should send my facebook page link that he will make me admin of the page I will manage or I Cancel the order

My Questions now are.

If he maKes me the admin can I still use can I still use hootesuite to schedule the posts on his page as I dont have a phone to do the posting manually
Or what else can I do? I dont want to loose this job atleast to get money to buy new phone oo

He can use Hootsuite, just sign up/in with your email and connect to the person Facebook.

Since, you're offering SMM you will need an American facebook profile (this you can create using your fiverr name). The client will make you an admin or editor for the page and you can with it.

how to create this type of video.
