Hahaha..... Everyone is pretending as if mmm is not helping out. As for me, i no no where i for day if i didn't join mmm community 2 months ago. 6 month after service, I hav learnt corelDraw, Photoshop and InDesign......I do graphics job for pple and dat hav been providing peanut atleast for subscription and other stuffs..d market is already saturated with lots of designers dats y am nt getting enough job yet bt I believe when God finally picks my call...... more money will follow,...proudly an agric graduate though.

Proudly an agric graduate? are you practising agric? if not remove proudly an agric. My observation is that most agric graduates never practise dia profession.

I have been teaching since I graduated, did a little marketing job, went back to teaching after my Youth Service... and am still teaching. Though it has not been easy and encouraging...the pay of course.
Two years after Youth service am yet to get my dream job. But I encourage myself and I believe my God will do it for me one day soon.
I also encourage you guys to be patient and have faith because very soon, you will eat that fat bone God has been keeping for you.

Never thought of it that you want to work for or in private school as a graduate. Also having been fully aware of the Nigeria economic situation, that decision should have been planned before now.
An average inflow during NYSC is put at 25k/month. At that level and your background, your expenses should not be more than 10 - 12k every month. So you can save up to half of your inflow for starting up a business.
In fact you can save more, depending on what you want to invest in ......
I am a testimony of starting up your own business and you stop been in the waiting room of better job.
Working with private school may not help to grow your career ......
