For everyone/anyone having issues with converting pictures/scanned documents to pdf..here is a way through

1. open your Microsoft power point
2. make a new slide and delete first one
3. click on insert picture
4. insert whatever file you want to convert from jpg/png to pdf
5. fit selected file to page as required
6.click file and select save as pdf

file automatically saves as pdf

For those who have pending Applications like me and don't have certain info showing, turns out you can add missing info. Using the print exam slip page.

I was able to add missing info but the application status hasnt changed. At least, I was able to add what was missing. Hope this helps someone.

Re-edit your files to be in the range between 200-320kb.... 120kb is too small....

I'm applying as experienced professional, so i want to include details of my masters degree but its only one higher institution am able to add

You can only add ine institution as a graduate trainee. They are not expecting you to have a masters.

please the portal shows my application has been completed but my status shows pending successful submission. Please friends are mine safe if not what can I do? I logged in again to see if there is something I can do but it only shows my profile without providing any button I could click to submit. Please advise needed friends.

If you were sent the print exam slip, click on the link and log in, go to your profile and add or edit.

Or just log onto the site and go to your profile. Add or edit whatever it allows you to.

However, the status is showing 'pending-successful submission'. Is that the norm or should the status change

PENDING -SUCCESFUL SUBMISSION : This is not an error!!
It simply means that you have submitted successfully but still PENDING because your examination slip Is still Temporal... They will still cross check and send u ur REAL EXAM SLIP

OK,would like to clarify something. After successful submission and the pending successful submission. The page is still showing the submit and print. Hope that is not a problem.

You have to upload the 3 certs in that same box

They have listened to complaints and solved the issue....you can now update your higher institution on your "profile"..........

just log in and edit.....it would not affect your application because your reference no would remain the same
