For everyone/anyone having issues with converting pictures/scanned documents to pdf..here is a way through

1. open your Microsoft power point
2. make a new slide and delete first one
3. click on insert picture
4. insert whatever file you want to convert from jpg/png to pdf
5. fit selected file to page as required
6.click file and select save as pdf

file automatically saves as pdf

hope this works

Why can't he fill in? You re-fill your form to update your details by using the save and continue button. What he shouldn't do is click SUBMIT.

1. I'm not sure your question is clear. If you meant you didn't upload your Nysc, Tertiary and SSCE Certs, you MUST upload them. So go back to your application, use your profile to edit and use the "save and continue" button to update your profile. Don't click SUBMIT.

2. Forget the warning message. Edit your profile but don't click SUBMIT.

3. 3 references okay. But 4 isn't bad.

My file size is lesser than 120kb yet it tells me that there is an error with file size and that I should make sure its not higher than 320kb. I have been on this thread since yesterday morning. please I need help. Who had the same issue and how did u pass this stage?

You really shouldn't be asking this question. It was clearly stated that the process will run through 6 weeks. Precisely, the date is the 6th of December this year. Oya goan apply but if you know you don't deserve to work there don't even try it cos you may congest their servers for us

the only options available are "submit and print" and "start a new application"........ what you should not click is the latter option, ie "start a new application".......if u edit ur profile and submit ur institution is add......and your reference no doesn't change.........same way as every other online application

They have listened to complaints and solved the issue....you can now update your higher institution on your "profile"..........

just log in and edit.....it would not affect your application because your reference no would remain the same

I tink the problem is 4rm dem. I submitted on Thursday.....and since den av bin repeatedly checking my profile with no problems found, only 2 log in again 2day and my institution no longer there. so in my own opinion....dey must fix it themselves.

Thank you Zirah. I actually applied and uploaded my NYSC discharge cert, B.Eng cert and WAEC cert, but without a CV. I came across people discussing about CV so I became worried because I never saw where CV should be uploaded.

After submitting successfully and receiving an email with a link to print exam slip, I logged back in after a few days to discover that my status changed from 'Pending' to 'Pending - Successful Application' BUT:

-my higher institution is the only missing info (it was ok when I submitted finally); and

-all sections are now editable i.e. I can delete, add or change info from the all sections except preferred and alternate exam centre.

-the 'Submit and Print' button is now active again which means I can submit.

Now the issue is that:

-I am scared of clicking the submit and print button because I did this the first time and it went through. Even though I have now updated the missing info, I fear that submitting again may count as multiple applications which means disqualification - and I don't want that!

-If I don't submit again, my mind cannot be at rest because of the word 'pending' and the fact that the button to submit is still active.

*Could it be that they reactivated my profile for me to be able to edit and submit again?

Someone please help. Talk to me. Advise if you can.

Guy, chill first. I'm very sure of what I said. When I submitted finally, it went through successfully when all my details were complete and the 'submit and print' button disappeared meaning I can no longer make changes or resubmit.

To my surprise when I logged back in this morning, the status is now 'pending-successful application', no higher institution info and I can edit my details again. Not only that, the 'submit and print' button came back! It's just like I didn't even submit the first time. So I updated my higher institution details once again and clicked that button! Now I can't edit and the submit button is gone! I just hope the button won't find its way back into my profile again.

No, it is not and can never e. That why they made provision for edit, if u submit, u upload ur data (higher institution info) ,they can see/access it.
U still hv the same Ref. No.....DPR/...

even if he updates his higher institution by adding it and he clicks submit.....his reference number would not change........so that technically means that it is not another application seeing that reference no is the unique code to every application

What do I do with a situation like this?

The day I registered, my details were correct, after a few minutes of successful submission, I got back to the page and saw that my centre has been changed from Unilag to Abuja!!!

What do I do? And that can't be edited like the rest of the information on the page...
