yea he still pays half salary to senior civil servant and paid full salary to the junior civil servant. so what again post another thing.

It's a big plus for Ogbeni.
Some people may want to know how much it costs to construct that and compare it with similar projects elsewhere, but i'm sure Mr. johnny won't like that. Am I right/wrong?

yes sooo u are right but this is another over head bridge that will soon be completed. Latest this year this overhead bridge will be completed in osogbo.
