you must flash a custom ROM. unfortunately, Samsung are not mtk phones, easy on mtk phones. Google for how to flash qualcomm/snapdragon phones.

Relax, you can't access root files from Windows explorer so I doubt your deletion is the cause of the problem.

Reboot into safe mode and see if it persists.
To boot into safe mode,
1. Turn “OFF” the Galaxy J5.
2. Press and hold the Power/Lock button at the same time until you see the “Galaxy J5″ logo.
3. When the logo shows up, immediately hold the Volume Down button, while releasing the Power button.
4. Keep holding the Volume Down until your phone finishes rebooting.

If the problem doesn't persist in safe mode, it's most likely from an installed app.
If it persists in safe mode then it's a system problem and you should either factory reset from recovery, or flash the phone.

I have a samsung galaxy S4 that I charged and when I came back to it to switch it ON it didn't ON since then (that's last month) I have taken to those boys in Computer Village but those three I gave couldn't do anything about it. Some says it's current that enter into the phone. I don't know if you have the idea of what can be wrong or if it cannot be repair.

Glad it worked for you.

However I have no idea what's wrong with your S4, or what to do to it.

nop. The IC is damaged you'll have to change the whole motherboard which is the same price as the phone itself

My old moniker just got banned

ahh don't even think about that with the this dollar exchange rate
It's about 40k now, buh you could see a good deal nothing less than 35k for s4 motherboard

And you can't change a phones IC, you'll have to change the whole motherboard if you have a faulty IC
