Now, the screen doesn't work from homepage. But it works when I want to off or restart the phone, it also works when I click the volume settings. But can't access the menu

You might have deleted a preloaded apps that contribute to your phone performance.When I formatted my Sony Xperia mobile phone it started malfunctioning each time I open an app.Until I downloaded and installed google play service in play store the problem was solved.
