I do clean every two weeks..
The floor was not that dry before starting brooding though I used charcoal to dry it...

Not that dry meas their is humidity in the brooder that where the problem is my advice is regularly can the wood shaving atleat every wk or every 2wks using dry ones to mop up moisture that may form

They look like they are about 7 weeks. We have about 7 weeks till Christmas. Just feed them well (with Finisher feed) and they will be very big by Christmas. I don't think you need to give them any drugs to boost their growth. You birds look really nice and healthy. Thumbs up.

Just like u ve been adviced increase the quantity of ur finisher feed and supported by 2 times a wk multivitamin and the result will suprise U

How can those birds be seven weeks.. They look five weeks plus.. Well the owner should confirm..

The annoying part is that they finish the feed even before I serve them water,,,.. Is it because of the black patches they have, secondly are broilers aggressive to farmers, they always peck badly on my legs that I am forced to put on trousers before I enter their house. The feeding stuff is not funny at all..

Cost of keeping in a cold room is another cost. Broiler business is not good if you don't have a ready made market.

They are actually Noilers, not Broilers. And they are 8 weeks. They weren't really eating crazy like that earlier on, but once they hit around 6-7th week, they started eating ferociously.

He will be at a loss if he does that. Full frozen chicken cost about N1,200. If he sells his broilers at that rate, that would be a huge loss.

Keprocyrl is antibiotis not mainly for CRD if u drink paracetamol at an early stage of malaria and it relax alittle dosent mean that paracetamol stops maleria cos when it comes back hospital bed will always be there

Big companies sell to frozen chicken buyers and they have high production over head so pls don't assume u have ur cost analysis go out and interact with them
Currently a kilo of frozen chicken is sold between 850 and 1000 depending on ur location

U don't need cold room to sell ur broilers all u need do is agree with frozen chicken sellers how much per kilo they will buy then u kill the bird and supply them meanwhile the gizzard is sold seperately

U have to kill and sell at agreed price per kilo or u can simply enter the market close to u and get the market women that sells birds to buy

They buy and pay cash with that u can continue the feeding as a matter of fact that the benefit of raising broiler birds it can be sold at anything after 6 wks once well feed
