Quite true, good analysis, came across the comparison while researching on clomid,
but still decided to stick with clomid,
my issue is a bit different, i have thick uterine lining, usually hits 14mm by cd 12!, n i usually ovulate cd 15/16, i learnt that clomid thins lining, thus thats why i choose to use it.. this cycle i started with clomid 50mg cd 3 to 7, [planned to do cd 2 to 6, but missed]. also had high progsterone the 2 cycles i did hormonal profiling, that i thought i shud have been pregnant, . tentatively i might say i am progesterone dominant, if there is anything like that.
if anybody knows another method to thin the uterine lining, pls am all ears, or has a similar case of high progesterone and knows how to reduce it a bit

Ok , so am not alone, have you ever checked your uterine lining size?.
i think the high progesterone maybe part of the cause of the unexplained infertility, just that docs are yet to understand it thoroughly.
from my reseacrh, too thick lining hinders implantation as the fertilized ovum embryo cant burrow deep to impant.
2ndly, are your periods heavy, and how long does it flow

pls, wot a the symptoms u feel, cos me i start having breastpain 2 days after ovulation which is not a normal thing for me, before my MC, i usually start aving breastpain 7 days after ovulation

My dear, will check my result and see. My periods was not heavy, after sometime, they were heavier, but as of two months now its reduced in flow. This one that I had started with little drops on the 31st, 1st was flowing but without those clumps, the 2nd was a little heavier, but by the 3rd, the flow had stopped by afternoon. The thing was I reduced my consumption of sweet stuff and took more of fruits, so this may be the reason.

I know God has already healed us of every issue, will research on thick lining and check my result and get back to you. Take care sis

I think you are mistaken, my uterine lining is too thick, my progesterone levels are quite high, so why would i rub progesterone cream again?
progesterone helps to build the lining, n thats what the cream does, so i dont get how it would help me in this case.

I might know where she's coming from. Estrogen is usually the culprit that thickens the endometrium in the first half of the cycle, before progesterone is then produced after ovulation to thicken it further. So naturally, docs would prescribe progestin, because at the stop of it, the lining sheds. Its long term use (progestin), eventually thins the endometrial lining out. This is one reason why your choice of clomid might be great, because it's antiestrogenic effect, is what thins out the uterine lining.

However, if estrogen dominance isn't the case (because I doubt that a lot of people readily check their estrogen levels), hormone replacement therapy is still one way forward. Estrogen levels will need to be stabilized, because when estrogen increases, progesterone decreases.

Also, abnormal growths like tumors and polyps thicken the lining, so you might want to rule that out with a biopsy.

BUT again, it's not very clear if an endometrial lining can reaaally be too thick. If you visit surrogacy boards, you'll see those professional baby carriers, talking about loading up on estrogen patches to achieve the dream uterine thicknesses of 18-20mm. The impression is always that the thicker the endometrium is, the cushier for an embie to implant.

Is there any drug to increase the ovulation or quickly conceiving process??

u can conceive with d good tube as many times as possible.
U shld check if u av been ovulating, ur hormones n ur hubby parameters.
Also b careful with ovulation drugs if ever ot gets prescribed cos u need close monitoring

result shows normal uterus, bilateral patent tubes and pelvic adhesion (residue of the dye did not clear).

1. what's pelvic adhesion? how can it be treated.
2. it took a while for the Dr to find my cervix, says its posterior.. is that a problem and how can I correct it?
3. Earlier pelvic scan showed 2 fibroid, how come none is seen here?

please any mama that has answers, help me out o.

I went to the market this evening to buy few things and I was still by the yam seller when I heard market women shouting.a woman was begging for alms with the tripplets.i mean 3 fat robust identical boys.u needed to have seen how beautiful these babies were. e be like say na one black American woman born them.there were so cute!!!.as I proceeded to my water leaf customer,crowd just gathered.it was my customer that made me know that the first pregnancy the woman had she delivered twins(2 identical boys),the next she had she delivered a baby girl,then this one she just delivered triplets.i was almost shedding tears. there are millions of women in the world out there with one fertility issue or the other.many have lost hope and resorted to adoption. some are just asking the almighty for just ONE.just a single child and they are okay!!!!! but on the other hand,people that are just managing their life get blessed without even being stressed one bit about it.my sisters,I see the mental,emotional and financial stress a lot of us are going through here just to become mothers. im really feeling teary as I write this. i won't wish this even on my own enemy. when AF came about 9days ago,it took all the inner strength I had just to keep it together. The pelvic adhesion maybe from previous surgery or inflammatory lesions in d pelvic region.
Wat type of fibroid did d pelvic scan identify?
For d adhesion u shld consider enzyme therapy (wobenzyme, serrapeptase)with castor oil therapy n massage.
Asides this is adhesiolysis which is not necessary since its has not been identified as d cause of any fertility issue

the progesterone cream balances the level of progesterone. You can as well Google about it.

Starting from mild to strong drugs...You have Pregnacare conception, Ovacare, Ovaboost, Clomid, Letrozole etc.

You can browse about them. For the last two, follow your doctor's prescription or an experienced person's dosage advice. They are not drugs to be taken anyhow but they work for many (not all) women.

Asides d drugs n supplements moderate exercise, less carbs especially processed carbs, avoid or reduce to minimum products with phytoestrogen like soy n foods cooked in plastic or nylon.
U shld also do regular detox.

That's small. The xray might not have picked it. Intramural is usually not a problem though especially when its small size like yours. Just concentrate on the adhesion. Start castor oil massage and add sera or wobenzym.
