Make una free the man. He also holds a traditional title given to him since sultan Maccido. That was even before he became governor in IMO under APGA. As such he is entitled to wear the regalia and celebrate with the good people of sokoto. As a title holder he is paying his respect for the title he holds nothing political or insulting.
