It's called priming.

The have decided to increase the price of fuel, the are afraid of the reaction of Nigerians to this "change" in cost of fuel.

So they are subliminally passing across the message. repeated talk of increments over Time would make us more succeptible to this change.

The would keep repeating it using the same phrases till they finally say we have no choice but to increase due to market forces.

Remember the dude that said there is still subsidy going on but hey won't ever say it out loud.

Cc. Onatisi pls your view would be appreciated

Nothing go happen. Nigerians are meek timid ppl ,they will only go hungry and suffer in silence. Then start going to church and mosques praying to God to touch the heart of buhari. Who will shut down Nigeria? NLC or NANShuh
