Guseh:Is it only okene, what about Ihima , adavi, that many people who dwell in speak yoruba Why do we have many Ebiras with youruba names We have at least 3 generations alive of my extended family with Yoruba names and that's not all wait till you find out the popular actress Lola Alao is not Yoruba and that she is ebira. Thank God I am here to diffuse your lies. |

adadadon:You guys migrated from kwararafa kingdom to this present state in Kogi. So, how is kwararafa kingdom now yoruba? Answering yoruba names and spking yoruba language does not make you guys yoruba...That shows you are lost and dont know your root. Know your history today, trace it back to kwararafa and not Oduduwa. |

The person who claimed that he is Ebira is an imposter. How on earth do Ebira have yoruba name and surname. It is absolutely impossible. I don't blame him, it is simply because of the hatred for Yoruba Race. No one want to associate with Ibos even some of their closest neighbours. Keep WAILING,you are the one wasting your precious time while Yoruba Race move on. Awon omo ti ko niran. |

Go and ask her. If she doesn't have igbira name. Mention a man that bares full fledge Yoruba name. You are now saying a lady bares a Yoruba name make no sense of her identity,if she indeed have full Yoruba name you will even be shocked to. know that her parents migrated to IGBIRA land. OHINOYI of Igbira even said it that many Yoruba people lives in his kingdom . Lola Alao's history may be one of those and if not she perhaps definitely was the one that dropped her father's compound's paternal surname. Sorry for your life, so because someone bears ojobo does it mean the name has meaning only in Ibo land . |

adadadon:Though sincerely speaking I do not know how to classify the Ebiras....but that guy's assertions that people in Okene do not understand Yoruba is a big fat lie! Chai...why do people come online to dish out pure lies? Most Ebira people I've met have Yoruba names(though that doesn't make them Yorubas)...but they sure understand the language! |
