Another way is to do a back up of your data, do a security wipe on your device, connect to system with BlackBerry link and very good Internet service.... You can download the latest OS for your device through BlackBerry link

The autoloader downloaded fully I'm sure of that, I did a security wipe of the phone last week after the upgrade with autoloader failed, I tried using BlackBerry link but after it got to 33% it complained that the download couldn't continue

Why didn't you just download the update from the phone it self? The phone even supports resume downloads. All these talk about system is just a long procedure

You're right, I think that's the next thing I'll do.

guys pls help me out, my bb z10 heats up and drains fast it's not from the battery it's from the phone, o don't know how else go fix this issue. Maybe somebody that have encountered such should help me out.

You should enter BlackBerry as instructed. If after that you enter the wrong password 5 more times, your device will wipe. however if you enter the correct password after entering 'BlackBerry', everything will be fine

In my location glo is the slowest.
