first, international passport can not serve as a replacement for school ID card.. nysc are not only concerned about your identification, they want to be sure you actually graduated from the school you claim to have graduated from..

on d issue, I believe statement of result or certificate can serve as a replacement for it..depending on what students from your school present during screening( if they all av their ID, then u must be able to present ID too)

in my school, if ur ID card get lost, what you do is get letter of a stamped identification from your HOD. (Eksu).

in your own case, I think affidavit and ur stanent of result should be enough.
