How on earth could water board install such suspicious thing there without making public announcement or informing the police?

This common notion in Nigeria of we strongly tackling the weakness of our government i thought was only a Naija thing until recently on BBC Africa facebook page i saw south africans tackling their Jacob Zuma about their House trying to pass a vote of no confidence. Boko Haram or not,each government have its own challenges and Nigerians are always Paranoid.

Some of you can't do without making tribal remarks. Is your type the kind of leader of tomorrow or today needed for Nigeria? When you can't be sensible with one line comment, how will you deal with a nation of about 200 ethnic groups?
