For the past 5 months now I have being suffering from indigestion. It takes up to 4 hours for my stomach to be free after I finish eating. I have taken several drugs like antacid and the rest but to no avail. Sometimes I even experience reflux

Please what can I do to permanently cure this indigestion.

Watch what you eat....does indigestion occur in all food you eat or some selected food?

Do fruit fasting for 3 days.
