The thing now is I'm confused and don't know what to do, I have checked the SOL list and there is nothing for someone with a degree in Chemistry. I found 'Chemist' on the CSOL but I don't meet visa Subclass 190 & 489 requirements.

People in the house please help me out of this dilemma, what would you advice I do? How do I go about migrating to OZ successfully.
Any information that will help will be greatly appreciated.

The company can prepare payslip for her. That shouldn't be hard. She doesn't even have a third party evidence of payment.

What kind of company does hand payment in this age. Not scared of robbers

Was surprised too there is nothing one won't

Thanks for responding sir, i trained with someone in 2009 and have been baking alongsides my 9-5job

For any occupation you wish to be assessed on, you must have a government recognised qualification to support it and you must be able to provide evidence of full time employment in that position.

If you cannot meet the above basic requirements, you cannot put in for assessment.

However, most assessing authority will take 5yrs of experience in lieu of qualification but you must have basic qualification to start with.

Got the following message from my assessor early this morning and still wondering what my next line of action should be -

"The ANZSCO definition of the tasks performed by a Telecommunication Network engineer is 'plans, designs and monitors complex telecommunications network and associated broadcasting equipment'. None of your Carrier episodes describe any of these tasks.
Therefore, you are required to rewrite Career Episodes 2 and 3 to describe tasks that follow the ANZSCO definition of Professional Telecommunications Network Engineer. Alternatively, you may leave your Carrier Episodes unchanged for an assessment outcome of Engineering Technologist (ANZSCO 233914)".

The message is very clear though, I doubt I will be able to write another Carrier Episode.
What do you guys advice?

What advice do you seek again? If I were in your shoes, I would rewrite the CDR. You can contact one of the engineers on this platform to help you vet/proofread it to achieve desired outcome.

Engineering technologist will require more points to get invitation as lots of people are moving into it.

You should try to rewrite your episodes... There are many people here that can help with that... I think Engineering Technologists now need 65 points to be invited.

To all telecom engineers in the house who have gotten +ve assessment from EA, please I need all the assistance I can get in order to scale this hurdle. I'll require someone to proofread my carrier episodes and possibly guide me towards writing an acceptable CDR.

God bless you all.

Personally I feel u shld accept engineering technologist and hustle points from some other section. It might take longer for an ITA, but it will come.

I'm already making efforts on rewriting the CDR (not finding it easy though!)
The good thing now is that I know I have something to fall back on (plan B) which isn't completely bad.

Thanks bro!

Hi cuteannie02 , congrats on your visa. Just a quick question. While filling your form 80 for visa 189, did u nominate any state or province?

Thanks

Hi. Looks like you used E2language materials? Do you have their retell lecture video?
For retell lecture, do you need to paraphrase or just say what you heard?
For repeat sentence, do you have to repeat exactly what they said - probably with the accent and modulations?
Do you have any materials or website that may be useful for me ,please.
This exam kinda scares me

Hello House,
Please I need an urgent help from people who are already in Australia. I am currently processing my 189 visa to Australia and I have been having hard time paying for my skill assessment with EA. I have all the money in Naira. Please if you know anyone wanting to send money to Nigeria, I can help them transfer the amount into their preferred Nigerian bank account while they help me transfer the equivalent to my friend’s Australian AUD account. Please this is urgent!
No amount is too small to start with. Please reach me on opeinmedia@gmail.com if interested.

What exactly do you need?

You should answer only the questions you are asked. Why looking for what you are not asked.

If you are looking for state nomination, it is not on the form you look for information. Go to the website of your state of interest for instructions on nomination.

On form 80, 1221, you will be asked where you will be residing in Australia, that is where you put the state you are going.

@ Bellong, WestAfrcan et al, Please what are the chances of me been nominated by state or region for a Petroleum Engineering Occupation?. Since PE is no longer on the SOL list, I'm thinking state nominations but I really would like to know the chances there are.?!
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong: 12:35am On Nov 16, 2016
^^^^

Check the state nominating the occupation. You can only know your chances when you apply and meet the requirements.

Thanks Bellong. I meet the requirements. Why I ask is since it is no longer on the SOL list but CSOL, Was wondering if states are skeptical nowadays nominating someone with a Petroleum Engineering background. And with your vast knowledge on the subject matter and wide sphere of influence, I thot it wise to seek your opinion.

If a state adds it to their occupation list, it means it is available for nomination.
