I just looked thru Engr Aust. MSA booklet. See this cropped screenshot.

I think it's your First Degree that they reckon with. Your first degree academic transcript will be submitted too.

Dunno if Engr Aust can assess you as an engineer if you have significant years of experience practicing Chemical Engineering.
What you based your career episode on has to be pure engineering (not applied science).

Your assessment outcome will carry the following:
-Course of study.
-Year of Completion.
-Institution Name.
-Australian Qualification Framework Level.

Surest Bet:
Send an e-mail Engineer Australia. if you have practiced chemical Engineering, state how long you 've done that. I pray they are impressed.

Oga Bellong, thanks for creating this thread. I have learnt a lot. But I have two questions which I don't think has been asked or answered. First, after arriving OZ with either the 189 or 190 visa. Is it possible to leave the country for as long as a year?


YES. Your grant comes with a validity period (usually 5 years ) in which you are allowed to enter and leave Oz freely. After that, you need a visa to enter.....however, it is expected that within that 5 years, you should have gotten your citizenship. Most people on expat forum entered to activate their visa and leave till a later date for permanent move.

South Australia does not reyou go present proof of fund. The fund stated is for you to have an idea of the money you should have with you when relocating.

The company should give him whatever he can give him but every payslip must have tax deduction. I have no idea what can be done on that. Probably some other person who have gone through the same situation can help.

In my case, one of the agencies I work for didn't issue payslip, I only used bank statement with other employment evidence.

If his company doesn't issue payslip and doesn't pay to his bank, I don't know what can be done.

D reference letters r sufficient. Only oda thing is payslips. Tax certs not necessary. D booklet is clear on what you should provide. I submitted reference letter and payslips only and I had no issues with EA.
