Kamanuozuzu:
Hundreds of Biafrans outside the court premises have been stirred into jubilation with the arrival of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra.

The court room has also been thrown agog as the IPOB leader walks in, alongside co-defendants, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawusi.

The bail hearing is yet to commence, as other cases, not related to Nnamdi Kanu are currently being entertained by the court.

MORE UPDATE COMING SOON

Thanks man. Keep the news coming about what is happening inside the zoo court.

Nigeria was like North Korea in 1967 civil war, but we managed to slaughter 3 million of ur fellow flat-heads and still kept Nigeria one till today. Eat ur hearts out, because we will proudly do it again if need be
you are proud you killed 3million (can't be up to that number) you are happy in destroying lives. that happened in the 1960s by God's mercies we are living better lives than those killers.the beautiful side of reality is that nothing of that can ever happen again.Ask yourselves if the country you kept ONE has any nice feature and future to be proud of like China, mexico,Brazil ,India,Singapore etc.the old soldiers who perpetrated that wickedness are the most wretched old helpless men in Nigeria. the question now is what did they gain? nothing forever

UPDATE...

11.05am

The bail hearing as filed by the legal team of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants, Benjamin Madubugwu, David Nwawusi and Chidiebere Onwudiwe has just commenced, after much delay due to four prior cases presided over by the court.

The introductions of the counsels have been observed.
Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants, each have a different Lawyer representing them. The legal experts have introduced themselves to the honourable court respectively, as well as the counsel to the Nigerian government, Sri. Labaran.

"My Lord, the bail application for the first defendant (Nnamdi Kanu) was filed to this court in accordance with the rule of law," Hon Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, representing Nnamdi Kanu tells the honourable court.

"On the 17th of December, Justice Ademola Adeniyi ordered that the first defendant be released unconditionally, but that order was not obeyed. My Lord, this refusal of obeying court order was following a media chat of the President on December 30, where he stated that he will never release the defendant."

"The IPOB members have been killed and maimed in large numbers. IPOB is a legal group that is known round the world. The pictures of IPOB members victimised by the Nigerian force men is also attached to the document filed."

"16th of November 2015, we filed against the counter affidavit of the respondence, My Lord, the international body have gained massive interest on this matter..."

Barrister Ejiofor stated, but was interrupted by an objection from the counsel to the Nigerian government...

JUDGE ADJOURNS CASE AGAIN

The adjournment came following an intensive legal battle between the three respective counsels to the defendants, and that of the Nigerian government.

That war u and ur people are desperately looking for will be fought in ur region alone because ur region will first provoke a war before the visitation of the army there.

Im happy that the defence council attached the uttrances of Buhari in his first media chat as well as the Justice Ademola judgement. It might not have any bearing on the bail its self but it will have a lot of bearing on the overall case. Also, the adjournment is a short one, just two weeks. Unlike the long adjournment of months under Tsoho or whatever his name is.

If yu r not such an illiterate to understand what the meaning of INTENT is literally or even as a law term.. Yu wud atleast undertand it from a football perspective ... If a player is presumed to av an intent to make a tackle on another player even tho there is no contact but there is a malicious intent.. The culprit player would be given is matching order atleast a yellow card depending on the severity of such act.. This analogy is based on football oo..talkmore of someone who ordered the death of tribes and pastors and also soliciting for guns(to me this sounds like a malicious intent) ...
You shud read more on malicious intent my brother stop bin ignorant or forever hold ur peace
