Why did it deteriorate under their watch? No one has control over the global oil prices but economic policies matter. Words and actions of the government also carry a lot of influence. What do we have today?

Common MTEF for 2017 budget, they cannot fix. Details and blueprint for economic development and repayment plans they cannot provide so even their proposed loans have been shot! Whose fault?
