Can someone please confirm if only two referees are enough? One out of the 3 referee couldn't launch the link sent to his email and tmao is the deadline.....

pls i applied for pharmaceutical sc nd medicinal chem under faculty of pharm. sc. I WAS NOT INFORMED ABT ANY EXAM WHATSOEVER. PLS I WANNA KNOW IF ITS SAME FOR EVERYONE WHO APPLIED FOR D DEPART. OR IM I DIFFERENT? MEANING WAS I NOT QUALIFIED? THANKS ALOT
