However, it has been revealed that the humiliation may not be down to the ladies performance alone as their luggage did not arrive at the host country before the match. One of the players who confided in a Brila FM journalist said that they (players) had to play the match without having their underwears on. The team crashed out of the tournament despite a 2-1 win over Canada.
