Appeal Court Sacks Ibrahim, Jegede Now PDP Candidate by Limitednow(op): 2:52pm On Nov 23, 2016

THE Court of Appeal has sacked Jimoh Ibrahim as the candidate of the PDP in Saturday’s governorship election in Ondo State.

The court, therefore, ordered that Mr. Ibrahim be replaced with Eyitayo Jegede, who belongs to the Ahmed Makarfi faction of the party.

The Appeal Court set aside a ruling of the Federal High Court by Justice Okon Abang which declared Mr. Ibrahim the candidate.

All the objections filed by Mr. Ibrahim and his loyalists at the Appeal Court were also dismissed.

Wasted funds by Jimoh. Don't know why he allowed himself to be deceived by Mumu Sheriff.

Even the Sheriff guy is shameless...how much more humiliation is he and his Justice Abang willing to take.

Jegede is a man of the people, albeit Federal authority will be used to manipulate electoral machinery in favour of Akeredolu. Would it be free & fair elections as in time of President Jonathan, Oke and Jegede would be neck-to-neck in race to Govt House. Akeredolu just got a biased FGs backing.
