The Court of Appeal in Abuja has sacked the Biyi Poroye-led Peoples Democratic Party executives in Ondo State.

The Justice Saulawa panel ruled that the Justice Okon Abang’s judgment that brought the the executives into office is a fraud.

the one supreme court ruled yesterday in favour of jegede and even went ahead to impose a 3million fine on jimoh ibrahims lawyers for bringing the case to supreme court thereby abusing court processes
