the year you started and the year you graduated e.g 2005 to 2011. that is how I filled mine.

please guys here are my questions and enquiries
1) for the application form that have blank lines how do I fill in cuz, it turns out that it is multiples dash instead of lines. If it requires printing and scanning, how do I go on with it. Should I delete the unfilled Page in the application form and paste the already scanned filled page. if yes How ? a snapshot of already done work would help

2) is a six months bank statements OK since the year is not over.

3) For the signature part, how should it go too

4) please if anybody can show me a picture of his work. it will be super helpful.
