I got the same mail aswell not sure if its general but when i checked my registration i realized one of my referee did not acknowledge be his mail so i called him to which he did. Maybe you should check and be sure you have no left any of the queries behind.

Good evening. Pls I just got info from my dept. MPP, that a second test was conducted and I wasn't aware. I didn't get any mail or msg regarding this either, pls what can I do? And who is in this with me? I was at the dept. After the proficiency test result and the coordinator told me there wount be a second test.
