madam I heard of a similar situation but if I can recollect very well this are some of the few( but not all) steps taking by those affected.
1. whenever u want to have fun with him make sure u are not burden by any other issue and be relaxed, perhaps if u take liquor u can take 1 or two bottles .
2. you can also watch porn with him if he doesn't mind or u can download urs and get aroused before he comes around...
3. try having quickie in un usual places( d more d risk d more the fun) try those maybe it can help ur situation.

This might help, my wife had same issues though because she was circumcised.
1.You need to talk and be open about sex.
2.Get a lubricant, from experience Jaguar lubricant is the best. Does not go dry like others.
3. Your husband should learn to give you a head before penetration. With this you might no longer need a lubricant.
4. Most importantly, do away with that inhibition, about not enjoying sex. And that childhood notion that sex is bad etc. Free yourself.
