Not likely, overheating of the engine top due to long journey, may be d driver didn't check d water level of the radiator , minor electrical fault, fuel leakage , coolant malfunctioning etc., Even d whites that manufactured d vehicle knew that there will be likelihood of such an incident happening, and that is why they do recommend that u hv fire extinguisher in ur vehicle in case of emergency.
