By 21 new roads i hope you are not referring to streets roads. What is cost of the roads? Each of the road costs N75m per Km when the average Km cost was N25m. Fact.

Other states simply renovated their existing schools. Aregbe merged schools and used the consolidated funds of the merged schools for the mega school. For each school you are seeing, it is the consolidated fund of at least 4-5 former schools, which have been closed down. Later on, he had to do what other states were doing i'e' renovating existing ones, because his model was not sustainable.

How can we be constructing just one school for 1.2bn. Does that make sense?
