You a under moratorium for violation of mmm rules,write to support on your case and follow the procedure they will labelled for you or contact your Guider for help,you will surely get back your money but it will take some time,i have been a victim of moratorium and I must say it's ain't funny,just because I edited my bank details,my case has been resolved and am really enjoying the system.

Why do you guys get greed get the better of you. That people are doing the same thing doesn't make it right.. It is just a matter of time before they catch up with those other people two. You might be block very soon and that 39k is as good as gone

you are d cause, how can you use one bank detail for two MMM accounts, you are in for a long thing bcoz u violated their rule, is not even wise to use one phone to check different accounts and here you are using one bank details, talk to ur guider asap.

Yes you can edit after which you will write to support and give the reason why you did so. If you you won't write to support please don!t edit bcoz it will lead to moratorium so edit and write to them.

You broke the rules, deliberately even. You are under moratorium. Could last a few weeks. You will never lose your money (capital). You will forfeit one of the double accounts you have, and lose the illegal interest you gained from it. Your capital will be transfered to your valid account or paid to you.

Inability to GH in MMM is defined as the Moratorium, which in literal terms means "a time when a particular activity is not allowed". Moratorium is MMM's Purgatory sort of. You must write to support to solve it. It needs patience too

Being my 1st time of investing, The whole amount came out 39,000 i.e inclusive of 30% + bonus for 1st comers. After clicking the get help icon, it showed me that I should wait patiently, that my request was being processed. I logged out & log in again and clicked on the dashboard, yet the request was still processing without them(MMM) matching with anybody to pay me just yet. Since that thursday till today being 1st of december, my request to get help of #39,000 is still being processed without me being matched for anybody to pay me. As I'm writing this, I'm really confused. That money is actually meant to pay my house rent in school ( student of uniport, political & admin studies, final year). I've writen a report to MMM & they claim to be running an administrative security check. I've tried to cancel the request, still no way. People have told me that I'ld get back my money, but I'm worried cox it seems like all this is fruitless. Pls nairalanders, MMM gurus, help a fellow nairalander out, if anybody can help me, I owe such person #5,000. I assure you. How can I get my #39,000 back. Please. Cc Mynd44 Lalasticlala front page.. Read MMM rules. Changing your account details will result in 2 weeks moratorium. So you should not change details less than 2weeks before your GH time.

Mumu, when u were breaking the rules u won't come and talk now that u r paying back u started shouting. U r have been placed on moratorium so u cant get matched until u write support and clear urself. I have been getting help for past 7month aand never been placed on moratorium. If u don't get ur signature right in the bank they won't pay u even with ur face infront of the cashier. Rule is rule don't break it.
Lolz boss my own is a lil diff I provided help BT my mavro is still on blue,frozen,don't knw if d guy has confirm it or not

If you've edited your account details or sometime password, that is bound to happen. No cause for alarm.

My own case took me almost close to a month,some of my friends cases were 14days gap so it all depend on your type of case,i wrote to support and I was instructed to upload any of my valid 1Ds,like national ID,voters card,drivers licence,any one that is within your reach and I snapped the ID and also snapped myself holding the ID for proper confirmations which was how support instructed me to do,in 5 days max,my moratorium was lifted,so it's all about been patience and next time follow the guided rule which mmm gave to its participants so that you won't get your fingers burnt and also contact your Guider for help.

in my case, the account that was placed on monotatum belongst to my cousin. Though, I registered him under me and I av been the one helping him with all the transaction via my account as he is a total novice but the money belong to him.
after about three days, he still can't get help. I write to support on his behalf but no response. The money is quite much.

That's the reason why your account was blocked, you have to choose one of the accounts and the other one would be disable, MMM always warns against multiple account, that's a big sin in MMM community, contact your guilder to lead you out of moratorium

It seems that you are in moratorium, cancel the GH and also search yourself you might have edited something, write to support about it and when the moratorium has been lifted you reGH.

Blue means confirmed but not yet on release date. You can withdraw when it turns green after the release date.

bro pls how do I go about forfeiting one of the accounts. Pls help out. I accepted I caused everything but no one is above mistake. We're mere mortals and tend to exhibit stupid traits atimes. So pls elaborate more...thank you

It is naivety that makes people worried. I would suggest that next time, you should take your time to read up terms and conditions before entering any business.Betterstill go through the FAQs section to avail yourself of important information.Do not panic, you will eventually be matched but next time use spare money so you get into a fix like this.It is clearly stated on the website.

what happens when am matched with someone else and the person did not pay.OF COURSE I WILL NOT EXTEND THE TIME. I have not experienced this before sha but this one that am matched with a lady and she is not picking her call and the line is not going now, what am i going to do or will the system block the person automatically.
