Just like other mentions you can't answer any basic question about judge. You have nothing but shallow trite arguements. Do some research tell me what you know about judge.

Is the judiciary really independent of the executive? I know of two independent arms of government here viz: The Executive and the legislature. The Judiciary should be a tributary of the executive.

What kind of people do we even have on nairaland! So you people argue so much about Nigeria yet do not know how Nigeria works? People have been busy arguing about the religion and tribe of the appointed judges and none of you was able to point out that the president doesn't have a hand in the appointment of a judje. The president only acts as a channel/ medium between the judiciary and the legislature. He has no hand(constitutionally) in the appointment. The NJC appoints while the legislature confirms. At least reading OBJ's recent public lecture note should have made you know that if you didn't know before then

but it was the north that destroyed meritocracy and invented quota system and federal character.now they have pushed aside quota system and meritocracy and installed northernization and you are asking why does it matter because you are afraid to expose wrongs of the north
