Xperia Z4 is sold here as the Xperia Z3+, they are mostly in dual sim for 128k. I just updated my z5 compact to latest android os, marshmallow 6.0.1 and the heating issues have significantly reduced. If you dont want to take the risk you can check out the xperia m5. Its dual sim too.

If u r not a heavy user, playing graphical intensive games and demanding apps all day, i will say go for the z3+.

i also suggest you check gsmarena.com for the specs of sony phones, thos that still have over heating issues mostly z3+/z4 were discussed on the review sections of each device and their updates (mostly firmware)

Thank so much, I have being on that site from about 30 minute ago reading the discussions/reviews. One thing I have gather and notice from the gsmarena.com discussion thread is that almost all Sony phones have one or two problems. I'm still contemplating the one to buy... could you give me two to three option for me to choose?

What's your location? I will advice you to change d battery n continue using the phone cos within its range u can hardly find a phone that will beat Xperia z2 in terms of everything. Fix the phone n thank me later.

i read severally where pc companion was used to unbrick Xperia phones, i suggest u read that up on google. normally, u press power and volume down together while plugging it to ur computer if the computer doesn't recognise the phone.it may be different with z2,hust read that up

Hey guys, I have a spoilt Sony Xperia z1,,, a friend mistakenly kicked it into a pool and it took about a minute to fetch it out, the rubber covering the charging point was opened when brought out from the water.. So, it's no longer working and a close by engineer said the phone panel is the problem...

Is the phone still useful or I should just dispose it?

Immediately you removed it from water the first thing u should have done is to take it to a qualified engineer to dry heat the panel so as to avoid rust and the only thing you could have change is the screen cos it get damaged immediately it gets in contact with water.

I have been using it since late 2014... I have a new phone now that's the reason I want to sell it. The screen is fine and working perfectly..
