The Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Buratai is in Douglas House on a courtesy visit to Gov. Rochas Okorocha prior to the commencement of the Annual Chief of Army Staff Conference.

It seems okorocha has a printing press which he is using to embezzle funds.
I passed through Owerri over the weekend and I saw a billboard he put up with his picture welcoming the chief of army staff to Owerri. Where is dat done? A governor welcoming COAS with a bill board? I thought such gestures where for a greater personality than the governor. Meanwhile he is owing people salaries.
Imo state is sick and run by a photophilic governor who loves the attention.
Even a woman that naturally like snapping photographs will not litter her pictures on almost every billboard in the state like Okorocha is doing.

Buratai declared Operation Python Dance in the peaceful S/E after his failed Operation Crocodile Smile in the SS while in Southern Kaduna where Fulani Herdsmen are burning down communities not even a small cockroach dance has been declared

When I passed thru Imo going to Rivers,I noticed everywhere was littered with signpost of Rochas,whereas Imo is an eyesore compared to when I entered PH,even Wike didn't litter d whole places with his pics despite d fact that he is working.

So you don't know that success in life is about who you know & who knows you ! The courtesy the Governor is according the COAS is a wonderful PR to get any security assistance from him should the need arises. This is the best way to live life my brother. Politicians are good networkers.

Saw his convoy, the 3 star plated land cruiser was obviously his and endless amount of escorts with heavy military weapons.

Makes one wonder if there's war in Imo state... Oh I remember, they are the dancing Python, I just hope it's not the type Nairalanders keeps killing and eating on almost daily basis.
