To Unlock E5573cs-322 follow these procedure:
Boot shot your mifi
2) Install Huawei Mobile Partner and restart your PC, if you cant find "HUAWEI MOBILE CONNECT 3G PC UI INTERFACE [BOOT_3G]" in your device manager or it has an exclamation sign.
3) Also run this registry entry file - BOS_Solution - if you get "Unknown USB Device (Device Failed Enumeration)" after boot shot in your device manager. Dont forget to restart after running that file also.
4)Now open Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10 to load this "uldr_oem-nck_e5573b" bin file.
5) After successful loading of bin file, run putty, and make sure you change connection type to serial then set the serial line to the com port of "FC - PC UI Interface". Then set Local Echo and Local Line Editing to "Force On" under Terminal. Then click OPEN. Putty will run and calculate your OEM Lock And NCK Lock Code.
6) Pop in any sim other than that of the locked network into the Mifi, which will prompt it to ask for unlock code.
7) Enter the NCK code calculated earlier. Your MIfi should now be unlocked.

HUAWEI Stick UTPS-V200R003B015D11SP01C983( for win10) - Mobile Partner
Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10 - Balong Tool
uldr_oem-nck_e5573b.bin - Bin file

Am i supposed to type in something to bring up the codes?

I haven't personally used this exact method myself. But i hope you are using the right bin file, because that is crucial to the generating of unlock code via putty. Also, make sure you are using the right putty.

If you have similar problem like me,
install FcSerialDrv driver
And bootshot your mifi and connect
Run balong and load the bin file
then open the putty, it should be working

Why are you updating your dashboard? mtn's default dashboard is great. After calculating your nck code, just put another sim and unlock. I went through the hard way. Wrote the imei and serial all over again becos all got wiped. U are probably making the same mistakes.

There was no need to flash a firmware at all, as we have realized. You only needed to follow the below procedure

Why am asking is because I went to mtn's office here in ilorin around september/october and asked one of dia staff/officals wen dia 4G is gonna be live here in ilorin. D guy told me b4 January 2017 ending. I den asked if they av laid dia own cable along d state (cos then, laying of those cables was going on), he said No. That they avn't laid any cable. D guy told me Glo ws among those laying then. I dnt ask me any question again n since then av bin 1darin if its possible for them not to lay those cables.

Pls som1 with knowledge abt dis stuff should educate me. Thanks

Mtn's mifi does not support glo 4g. Ur webui created the restriction. flash idea or the Urania web UI. Hope ur serials and imeis are intact?

it worked I have written the imei and also flashed the webUI but still one issue I inserted my 4G glo sim it shows no service. any remedy?

Also the ui is asking to download update should I update?

MTN 4G LTE Mifi does not support LTE band 28 which Glo is using for their 4G. In other words, you can't get GLO 4G network on MTN MIFI
