2. There should have been a flash for Cisco to ask. The better question is how come there weren't two flashes?
Let's just forget that one.

3. I think they explained it as a speed force remnant or something...

every wells is a science genius..except this one.. he's still odd and savitar called him a fake wells not even a dumb one..which means he's not an original wells..and he seemed very disturbed by that comment..he even got drunk that night to show he's worried someone might notice the comment
