Because most young undergrads are busy wasting on Yahoo+, Nairabet and their likes than focus on their education. It's gonna get worse in the years to come.

Present and past administrations has made education less attractive due to the unavailability of decent jobs. Guys are laden with too many responsibilities so the desire to head out and make some quick bucks is on auto pilot.
