You see what happens, when you elect Thugs and Touts to the esteemed office of Senators?
This is a very serious matter but the mouthy-Tout called Dino Melaye turned it into a circus for eleven good minutes of the Senate's time!

This sort of issue should have been addressed with the utmost decorum and sense of seriousness but the criminal was making jokes of it and turned it into a media circus!
Would you find this sort of cacophony in a US Senate discussion of corruption matters?

Instead of laying the facts down succinctly, asking EFCC to investigate a probable "breach of ethics/ conflict of interest", he was just mouthing-off like a lunatic.

Why complicate a straight-forward case?
Did the SFG award a contract to himself/his company?
What date was contract awarded
Which account and who is a signatory to that account as of that date?
Was there a Public Tender for such contract and was it competitive?
Was 'due-process' followed in the award?
Was the job executed as specified in the contract?

I dont think Buhari will shield the SFG, if he is found to have exposed himself corruptly, the Baba will likely protect his own integrity.
Even his Brother-in-law was arrested for fraud and he did not budge.

Even while watching the video I also laughed..
The document was just a report of how the last budget was spent.. So the deed has already been done.

Dino only read the document well and figured it out.. Am sure the reason they were laughing was because the president never goes anywhere without the chief of staff....so obviously the chief of staff is also in that meeting...so they are actually mocking the SGF

The real crime here is that.
Babachir Lawal after been appointed as the SGF.some federal government contract came up and he ran to CAC to open a company and he was given the project.
And under the law, an appointed public servant must not co-own or be a signatory to any company bidding for a government project.

There is a serious allegation with facts against him, PMB is known for Anti-Corruption Crusade, hence Babachir should honorably resign for the sake of the President.
