I am sure you will say Nigeria is a sane Society, where the President of the Senate (Saraki) is sitting tight while attending Corruption trial, abi?
Its a sane society where the Senate President Bought SUV's amount ti Billions of TAx-payers money, to bribe them not to ask for his stepping-down?
Its a sane Society where the Senators just appropriate salary for themselves, to eye-popping amounts whereas, all sectors of Govt are owing up to six months salary and retirees are dying daily, from the stress of unpaid gratuity?

His points are very valid.
But l do agree that there is nothing sane about that Senate just as there is nothing sane about this Lawal Babachir of a criminal.
None of them deserve to sit on those chairs they are sitting and probably should be cooling-off in JAIL.

Having said that, this issue is not the same like those of corrupt Judges, for example (Those ones took cash to dispense/pervert Justice!. They have been investigated and monitored over time, before being exposed. Searching their house was part of the investigation as some of them have turned their Soak-away pit, Vehicles, Toilets, Kitchens, e.t.c ....into Bank vault where the illicit money are stored.)

In the case of Babachir, it borders on "unethical issues" and "conflict of interest" (Awarding project to himself).
How does this require DSS to search his house? The document used in already in the public domain.
All the security Agencies need to do is confirm the payments to the bank, see if due process was followed and establish he actually paid his company to execute such project and then charge him to the Code of Conduct Beurea where he would be sanctioned, including losing his SGF seat and facing possible jail time.

Few weeks ago the useless Senator attacked Aregbesola about money release to them and i ask myself is Dino from Osun? What happen to Senaotrs from osun? What happen to his state so now again this you get to know he is trying to attack all Tinubu loyalist but i think he is digging his own grave..

You have a point, but as much as Babachir is a clear cut case, he is a small percentage of the criminality that most member of the NASS are.
The heads of the NASS themselves need to be removed and jailed, Saraki and Dogara have committed more criminality than Babachir will ever do.

Dino Meleye himself continues to show-off the stupdendous wealth he has stolen as part of several appropriation commitees. He is a thug!
