lol....You don't have proof sir. You paid to fellow participants, not MMM. If Nigeria was a serious country, the brain behind MMM would have been arrested and charged to court. but i bet our intelligence agencies cannot even decrypt basic stuffs.

Take a legal action against the recipients of your 2m. Since you have their details, you can call them and arrest them and take other legal actions. It is well........

Of course you can sue them in Nigeria, and in any jurisdiction they do business or have assets. You probably have a 100% chance of getting judgment in your favor. The problem is after you get judgment, what next? They probably don't have attachable assets lying around anywhere in the world. It is not like suing ExxonMobil.
On the same topic, I read on another thread that bank employees are facing termination for steering peeps to MMM. If you can actually prove that a bank employee, at the premises of the bank, advised you to invest in MMM, then you might possibly have a colorable claim against the bank under the vicarious liability doctrine. I know this is a long shot considering the primitive state of tort laws in Nigeria, but then it is in actual litigation of grievances that the law evolves. A class action lawsuit here might actually serve a beneficial purpose of furthering consumer protection.

The OP is only exposing his ignorance. Did you or not read warning on MMM website to use your spare money that you can afford to lose? And you signed that you have read and understood it before going ahead to participate? I know you will ask me where you signed, mumu! You will not only sue MMM, you will even sue Russia govt, United nations, World bank, IMF - all join. Ignoramus! Abeg park for oneside joor.

If you must know, MMM has not crashed like anti MMM elements are making you believe. Watchout for a stronger MMM in 2017. Did you not hear that MMM crashed in South Africa and Zimbabwe? The assignment I want to give you is to find out if MMM is strong these two countries now or not. Listen not to people who do not understand the ideology of MMM.

Gullible people everywhere
There's no short cut to success
