Me wey dey find dollars. Make I serve as arbitrator for this matter; Elot wire the money to my US Bank account today at the rate of 425/$ and I will fund Tooltip's naira account today. This solves two problems:
(1) Elot wouldn't have to withdraw the cash as the money will be sent via email, phone or wire transfer to any US Bank of his choice. Also, the transaction wouldn't look suspicious as they can trace where the money is going to. Or you can send with your other accounts in bits.

(2) Tooltip wouldn't have to wait till next week to get back his money nor would he settle for a 420/$ exchange rate.

bros that bolded@no 5... I quiet disagree with you, First, we understand that tooltip abi na toothpick did not seek your consent before he made the other deposit, so what stopped you from breaking the usd back to him? secondly u were too rude to use that statement enter the wall. thirdly, that amount of $5400 or so. is too small to attract verification. I know what i am talking about, Even though i have never seen a plane before non to talk to staying in the US, Doesn't mean one dont know about their financial obligandia(Non fine dat word for dictionary o cos u non go c d meaning), 6 days ago, Someone made a deposit of 21,500usd to my spiritual Baclays bank, for the purposed of bitcoin, but the deal was not sealed cos the client was still watching the market, not until 2days ago, when the bros shock me say him don change mind...till january but he needs he funds back, he took my agent 2days to pull out this money and break it into pieces, 10k, 10k, 1500 to my client as deposit and its baclays for that matter... So there are things you will be saying about banks we go dey hear, non be this No 5.... when dey prone to verification..... lastly....Oga withdraw that money sharply, cash deposit to ham..... if na me be toothpick self, i would not need naira even if its 460 rate. pay ham e dollars back.

I don't agree with how elot interacted with tooltip. But you guys need to realize you can't dump funds in someone's account and expect to get your naira easy peasy not minding the consequences on the account holder. If Elots account is reported to the IRS for smurfing (small deposits to eventually get to $10k+ to avoid being triggered at the $10k threshold for cash deposits) what he will be paying back in taxes and the rigors of all that will be way more than 25x5400 naira. It's America, a country of Laws. And Wells Fargo can close his account and report him to chexsystems which could make it difficult opening another account. All the money in that account will be frozen and sent to him via check six weeks after. Do you have an idea of what it means not having access to your funds for six weeks in US? If mortgage and bills are directly debited from that account, then elot will have a migraine. So elot is in a tough spot. Mr Tooltip, you are a business man, learn to bite the bullet sometimes and move on. It's 100% your fault, and you need to take responsibility for that. Collect the 420 and face front. Talk to your "boys" that just deposit money in people's accounts.

Umm, this is a business account not a personal account. Also, more reason why elot has to repay exactly the same amount paid into his account. The amount isn't up to the 10k threshold that should trigger bank verification according to him. Also, elot moves a lot of cash considering he has a customer base of 110,000. This isn't a small business account, so let's put to rest all this IRS and bank verification stuff. How does elot draw down the $$$ in his account in exchange of another instrument? Transfers? Withdrawals ? Payments ? e-Check ? Same way he moves that cash, he should use the same method to pay tooltip his money... As simple as that. Let's all be honest in our assessment.

I agree it's a business acct. Who mistakenly pays $5,400 into someone's account? 5,400 + 4000 - smurf pattern. Anyways, I'm just passing by. Hopefully, I don't enter the wall.

This guy dey do exchange with over 110,000 customers so his business account would naturally have high turnover so na 5K go come cause IRS to dey pursue am. Talk true put devil to shame
