Yes i have told him that he will get the payment after 7 days according to paypal, as na me use my own credit call Paypal to ask, something he would have told his client that sent the paypal to do. He also refused a refund and he wants naira when his paypal was still hanging. He didnt solicit. Return the money immediately. It is not a new account so withdrawing exact amount you are credited with will not always result in anybody flagging your account.
