How is that possible? The commissioner should stop decieving himself unless he is telling us that the rice will be imported.How many rice mill are in state talkless of packaging.Even Bende LGA that are the highest farmers of rice in the state do not have a rice mill in the LGA, they sell off their farm produce to Abakiliki farmers who will mill and package and it becomes Abakaliki rice.

Enough of this local rice hype. You have to taste it to know how inferior it is. I will never join them to buy that crap in 2017 in Jesus name. Even if foreign, quality rice is 50,000 naira, I'll still prefer it.
