Based on unconfirmed report, it was gathered that the young man made close to a billion from the scheme and he is there number one guider.

This guy should be arrested to serve as quadrilateral should incase the scheme fails to bounce back by January. This is the right time to act. Being the number one guider, he should be able to know who the site administrator is.

However, this shouldn't deter us from warning our gullible citizens to desist from scheme that even elementary pupils won't dare to do.

What charges can be laid again him when arrested??
So you want him arrested:
- For being a Billionaire
- For being a Genius ?
- For making others like him millionaires
- For the charity work he has done ?
- For turning youths from crime
- etc
