Yoga has links to both Buddhism and Hinduism.
I don't see how it connects to witches in any way. Though it is tagged as some as a spiritual process (whatever that means).
It mostly just involves a lot of stretching and slow repetitive chants.
Wanted to give it a try once but I'm pretty sure I would've broken something.
